Presentations
An organization may function, but it is not necessarily functional. The pressure and concerns surrounding our current economic climate are driving how organizations approach employee relations and workplace effectiveness. Cost cutting, reduced incentives and recession driven work schedules are leaving employees feeling overwhelmed, undervalued and poorly supported. These “necessities for survival” are heavily impacting morale, innovation, productivity and profitability. The Transformation in the Workplace Series can help your leaders address these concerns by providing new ideas on: cohesive culture, decision making, responding to change and effective workplace learning. All presentations are organization specific and can be presented in a variety of time modules to best suit your needs:
Keynote speeches of 30 – 60 minutes
1 to 1 1/2 hour breakout sessions
Half day or full day seminars

In this session participants will learn:
- what makes up a productive culture and the role of leaders in initiating and sustaining it
- the vital role relationships play in motivating people, boosting satisfaction and improving productivity
- strategies to overcome the resistance that comes with all change
- low/no cost ways to implement spirit at work
Learn and Burn: How Exercise can Improve Innovation and Performance
Flexible, agile, adaptive…would these words describe you and your organization? Everyday individuals and organizations are asked to be responsive to marketplace shifts. Research has shown our bodies influence our minds; and how we think is reflected in our language and actions. A rigid body creates rigid thoughts; and from rigid thoughts we get rigid, slow actions. A vital tool that can help with innovative flexibility is under-utilized. Learning involves more than just the mind. In this session you will learn:
- how physical movement and exercise can improve employee and corporate performance
- how to leverage exercise to improve both strategic thinking, team cohesion and productive time, not detract from it
- what gets in the way of implementing physical movement into your daily routine and how to overcome it
The Jig-Saw Effect: Skills and Strategies for Better Decisions
Making the right decision can be an incredibly stressful event. Done well, it can improve overall effectiveness. Go wrong, performance falters and careers can be lost. Important decisions are often made with incomplete information and under challenging conditions. “Tried and true” improvement strategies are implemented, but the problems often remain or new issues surface. Decision making in the workplace requires developing better approaches to anticipating and solving complicated problems. The Jig-Saw Effect shows you how to take a complete approach to decision making. In this research based session participants will learn:
- the problem with using logic, emotions or instincts on their own
- the research supporting a whole approach to learning and decision making and how physical movement can improve the process
- strategies to improving hone all your decision making skills
- how to create the optimal decision making state vs. the optimal thinking state
